Kings Place

Kings Place – a creative centre presenting music, painting and sculpture from around the world – opened its doors to the public in September 2008 with a 5-day festival featuring 100 musical events. Designed by architects Dixon Jones, the two lower levels of Kings Place are devoted to the arts and house two concert halls, two art galleries and three orchestras. In addition to offering curators the chance to promote their own mini-festivals, Kings Place annually promotes its own series ‘Unwrapped’. This year, Kings Place has been celebrating its 10th anniversary in tandem with its 10th ‘Unwrapped’ series: Time Unwrapped.

We were introduced to CEO Peter Millican as a result of our work for the OAE, and began promoting Kings Place while the building was still under construction. In addition to generating interest for the music programme in the media and on social media, we have collaborate with Peter Millican to raise awareness of Kings Place amongst agents, promoters, ensembles, publishers and composers.
