“[The performance] was a reminder of what a vital, indispensable phenomenon Kings Place, with its exhibitions and readings as well as multiple concerts, truly is.”

Kings Place

Kings Place – a creative centre presenting music, painting and sculpture from around the world – opened its doors to the public in September 2008 with a 5-day festival featuring 100 musical events. Designed by architects Dixon Jones, the two lower levels of Kings Place are devoted to the arts and house two concert halls, two art galleries and three orchestras. In addition to offering curators the chance to promote their own mini-festivals, Kings Place annually promotes its own series ‘Unwrapped’, ‘Master Series’ and the contemporary ‘Luminate’. 2019 will shed a light on music by women artists and composers with Venus Unwrapped.

We were introduced to CEO Peter Millican as a result of our work for the OAE, and began promoting Kings Place while the building was still under construction. In addition to generating interest for the music programme in the media and on social media, we have collaborate with Peter Millican to raise awareness of Kings Place amongst agents, promoters, ensembles, publishers and composers.
